ŽÁROHMOTY, Ltd., adheres to the valid regulations applicable to waste and packaging management and handling of chemical substances. Regarding waste management, the company has contracts with authorized companies engaged in the proper disposal of both dangerous and common wastes.

ŽÁROHMOTY, Ltd. implemented the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) 1907/2006- REACH and 1272/2008 - CLP, including the changes pursuant to the Commission Regulation (EU) 453/2010 and 487/2013.

Since 2004 ŽÁROHMOTY, Ltd., has been involved in the Associated Performance System with

the EKO-KOM company and thus fulfils its obligations of take-back and recovery of package wastes.
